Meshack Mboya is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya working at the intersection of law, climate policy, governance and sustainable development.

He is currently a Legal & Advocacy Fellow at Power Shift Africa, where his work addresses climate governance, climate justice, critical minerals, energy transitions and the legal obligations associated with climate action. He previously worked as a Climate Justice Legal Fellow at Katiba Institute.

Meshack holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town, where his research examined the role of contract law in promoting sustainability in international supply chains.

At SPI, Meshack contributes to research and policy engagement on climate law, governance, regulation, energy transitions and environmental justice.
